These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Skelf ("the Bot"). By using the bot, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Eligibility

By using Skelf, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old (or meet Discord’s age requirements in your country).
• You agree to comply with these Terms and Discord’s Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

When using Skelf, you must not:

• Use the bot for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.
• Exploit bugs, abuse features, or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
• Harass or harm other users via the bot.

Violation of these rules may result in a ban from using Skelf.

Data Collection & Privacy

Skelf only stores Server ID and Channel ID if you configure personalized settings. User data (User ID, Username, Message ID) is logged temporarily and deleted after 30 days. No data is shared with third parties. See also our Privacy Policy.

Liability & Disclaimers

Skelf is provided "as is," with no guarantees of uptime or functionality. SkelfDev is not responsible for any data loss, server issues, or damages resulting from the bot’s use.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the bot if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bot constitutes acceptance of any changes.
