Data Controller

The data controller responsible for your personal data is SkelfDev.

Data We Collect & Process

Skelf only stores the Server ID and Channel ID when you configure personalized settings. If no configuration is applied, no data is stored.

For bot functionality, the following data is temporarily logged and deleted after 30 days:

• Discord User ID – Logged to process interactions.
• Username – Logged for debugging and moderation.
• Message ID – Logged for tracking command execution.

How We Use Your Data

Skelf uses stored data to maintain personalized settings and logged data for bot functionality, debugging, and abuse prevention. No data is shared with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Stored data is securely saved in Germany using Amazon Web Services (AWS). Logged data is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Data Retention & Deletion

Stored data (Server ID, Channel ID) is retained only while the configuration remains active. You can reset or delete it anytime. Logged data (User ID, Username, Message ID) is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Third-Party Services

We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for data storage. AWS complies with GDPR and provides industry-standard security. No other third-party services have access to your data.
